Join Our Dynamic Team as a Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a talented Compliance Specialist with experience in data protection law/GDPR and contract law to join e-Boks.

About the Role

As our current Compliance Specialist is moving on to new opportunities, we are looking for a professional with experience in data protection law/GDPR and contract law to take over this role. 

In this position, you will be a key member of our legal team, providing ongoing advice and working on tasks such as:

• Drafting and reviewing various agreements including data processing agreements 
• Supporting the development of our products and services by evaluating projects for compliance
• Analyzing and developing business processes
• Conducting internal control 
• Performing risk assessments
• Leading compliance projects
• Continuous update of our compliance tool
• You will also participate in larger, often international projects and collaborate with various departments across e-Boks.

You will be part of a small, dedicated Legal & Compliance Team, working closely with our DPO and Security department. You will report directly to our General Counsel.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Approaches tasks with a positive attitude
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Is passionate about and experienced in data protection law/GDPR
• Has experience with review and drafting of agreements

We would like you to have:

• A Cand.merc.jur. or Cand.jur. degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Preferably with experience within data protection law/GDPR and contract law.
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English
